You can mix different rates on the same invoice: for example, 20% VAT on services and 5% on goods. If you operate in a VAT-exempt jurisdiction, set the rate to 0% or use the Invoice Without Tax template. For businesses in specific countries, InvoiNova includes preset VAT rates that load automatically: Germany 19%, Spain 21%, France 20%, Croatia 25%, Serbia 20%, Bosnia 17%.
