1. Data We Collect

InvoiNova does not require registration and does not collect personal data. Invoice data you enter (company names, addresses, amounts) is processed entirely in your browser and is never sent to our servers.

We use PostHog to collect anonymous, aggregate usage statistics (page views, country of origin, referral source). This data contains no personally identifiable information and no cookies are used. PostHog stores a session identifier in browser localStorage.

2. Cookies & Local Storage

InvoiNova does not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage to save your company details for convenience on return visits, and to store your invoice history locally (up to 20 recent invoices). All data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

To delete your invoice history: Use the Clear history button inside the Invoice History panel, or open your browser's developer tools → Application → Local Storage and delete the keys starting with inv_.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare for hosting. Cloudflare may process technical data (IP address, browser type) as part of their network infrastructure. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. For analytics we use PostHog. See PostHog's Privacy Policy.

4. Your Rights

Since we do not store personal data on our servers, there is no data to delete or export. You can clear your locally stored data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage.
